Bob’s Tasting Notes –

Nose: A perfumed bourbon featuring notes of cherry, raspberry & Christmas sugar cookie

Palate: As expected from the heart of Warehouse C this bottle features notes of caramel, orange, and vanilla with back pallet flavors of white icing or confection sugar.

Finish: This is what sold me on the pick. A black tea finish allows for a surprising, lasting end of a great pour.

CWF Old Fashioned

  • 2.25 ounces Wyoming Whiskey Barrel 10288
  • .25 ounces Sage Simple
  • 4 dashes of Owl & Whale Orange Bitters

Mix all ingredients in a mixing tin mix all ingredients. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain over a large cube and enjoy.

Sage Simple Recipe

Add equal parts white sugar and water to a saucepan, add four leaves of fresh sage, and stir over low to medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes after the sugar is dissolved, then strain out the sage and refrigerate your simple for two weeks.

  • 1 ounce Wyoming Whiskey Barrel 10288
  • .75 Ounce of Aperol
  • .5 ounces of Cardamaro Vermouth Amaro
  • .75 ounces of Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and share vigorously for 30 seconds then double strain into a coupe glass.

  • 1.5 ounces Wyoming Whiskey Barrel 10288
  • .5 ounces of Sorel Liquor
  • .25 ounces of Ancho Reyes
  • .25 ounces of Simple Syrup
  • .5 ounces of Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and share vigorously for 30 seconds, then empty ice and cocktail into a double rocks glass.
