- 2 ounces Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce Giffard Banana Liqueur
- 0.25 ounce simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously.
Dump into a Rocks Glass and garnish with a dried banana chip or a lemon wedge.

- 1.5 ounces Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
- 0.5 ounce Giffard Strawberry
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously.
Dump into Collins glass, top with club soda, and roll – garnish with a strawberry or lemon wheel.

- 2 ounces Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
- 0.5 ounce Doladira
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 ounce simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously.
Double Strain into a coupe glass and top with Prosecco.
