The season of Santa, family time & work obligations has arrived. This
is usally greeted by bar staffs mixing seasonal cocktails featuring
processed sugar and flavors featured in Hallmark movies. Don’t get
us wrong, Bob loves a Hallmark Christmas movie, have you seen the
new one where the leading lady leaves her high profile job in the big
city to marry a lumberjack and help market his Christmas tree farm?
We haven’t either but we may watch it this weekend – anyway, Our
seasonal holiday drinks are a reflection of flavors of childhood
memories of old and those to come.

Red

Vino Rosso – Josetta Saffirio – Italy 

In October of 2024 Bob & Annie traveled to Piedmont with some friends & discovered a table red that is made of 100% Barbarra grapes that never see wood. This gives the wine a fruit forward, low tanic with slight acidic notes that makes this wine food friendly and easy to drink. We are so honored and happy to offer this wine as our first-ever private label House Red. 15 | 45

Cabernet Sauvignon – La Girouette – France

A robust and complex red wine featuring rich flavors of blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by a touch of oak. This wine stands out for its balance and depth. 16 | 48

Pinot Noir – Elk Cove – Oregon

The 2023 Estate Pinot Noir has a nose of red & black cherries & holiday spice. The palate is medium-bodied with concentrated earthy flavors & juicy plum It finishes with silky tannins and bright acidity. 16 | 48

Syrah – Terre Rouge – California

Beautiful color. Aromas of raspberry, smoke, pepper & cinnamon. Rich, silky raspberry fruit flavors laced with pepper & olive/herb tones. Very smooth & savory with forward fruit flavors & great acid balance. 16 | 48

Gamay Noir – Easton – Sierra Foothills 

Complex floral aromatics, a lovely mouth-feel & texture, and is way too easy to drink. It’s made with the same Gamay clone used in the Beaujolais region, and is artisan-crafted with whole-cluster fermentation and hand-punch downs. The wine was barrel-aged in older French oak barrels and bottled after aging. 16 | 48

Bordeaux – Chateau Meyre Margaux – France

Features aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and plum, complemented by notes of spice, cocoa, and cedar. The palate is generally described as full-bodied with silky or sleek tannins, a good line of acidity, and a long, savory finish. | 87

Pinot Noir – Joseph Drouhin – Burgundy

Premier Cru, Clos des Mouches “Honey Fly” – Beautiful, deep-red ruby color. Intense & fresh nose. Primary notes of red fruit dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry & blackberry. The body is firm without being rough, well meshed without being heavy. There remains a final & most pleasing sensation of harmony, fullness and delicate tannins, as the wine lingers on the palate. | 225

Intense ruby red color with an edge of pomegranate. Aromas of cherry, plum, leather & vanilla with notes of mint & balsamic. Flavors of blackberry, cherry, smoke & earth. Elegant with good tannins, depth & minerality. 100% Nebbiolo. | 94

Strawberry notes from the nose burst forth, delivering a luscious & juicy sensation. Ripe red fruit flavors are vibrant and mouthwatering. The savory elements add a layer of complexity to the fruit-forward profile, creating a delightful interplay between sweet & herbal notes. Well-integrated tannins provide a smooth & rounded texture. Pinot Noir – Joseph Drouhin – Burgundy

Hand picked & managed by the Drouhin team, this wine is selected from a dozen various appellations from clay & limestone soils in and around Beaune. The wines offer flavors of ripe red & black berries. Wine shows excellent ripeness with a smooth, long & complex finish. | 72

Gamay – Nicole Chanrion – Beaujolais

The violet & wild strawberry aromas pour from the glass of this elegant & expertly crafted Cote-de-Brouilly wine. There is so much charm on the palate that you barely notice how well-structured this wine is. Long stony finish. | 48

Cabernet Sauvignon – Caymus – Napa Valley

A classic Caymus Cabernet with a round, plush texture & tons of flavor. The bouquet is a lively mélange of plum compote, chocolate & vanilla bean, The palate has an easy-to-love softness that neatly hides some real tannins and good acidity. | 120

A light-colored wine with a fruity aroma of pear, peach, and honey-suckle, often described as lively. It exhibits a crisp, full, and fruity palate, showcasing good length and complexity. 16 | 48

Featuring the indigenous grapes Arinto & Antâo Vaz this wine showcases what the Alentejo region of Portugal is known for. On the nose, lime & grapefruit stand out, surrounded by stone fruit notes characteristic of Antão Vaz, which add complexity. On the palate, the pronounced acidity of Arinto stands out, providing freshness & a
