Last December Bob & the Novio’s team launched Wyoming Whiskey into the Maine market with the release of barrel 6006. We are doing it again this November with the release of another barrel selection! The name of our new barrel, Billy Overboard, comes from a small mishap during our Wyoming visit this past August. Once again, David Defazio, co-owner of Wyoming Whiskey, will be joining us to walk us through the tasting and tell a few great stories.  

Each participant will receive a neat pour of Wyoming Whiskey barrel 7215, a cocktail featuring 7215, neat pour of Wyoming Whiskey Outryder and a paired snack from Hannah and our kitchen team. Kits will be available for pick-up at the Bistro on Monday, November 15^th between 4PM and 6PM.  Cheers
