Virtual Cooking Class& Wine Pairing

Join the Novio’s team as we welcome Barton Seaver to our community. We will be celebrating Barton’s most recent book, The Joy of Seafood, while we participate in a virtual cooking class. The event will focus on preparing two dishes from his book. One featuring mussels and the other scallops. Not only will you learn how to prepare these for future meals at home but we will be discussing the important role they play in our ecosystem.

Books and food kits can be picked up at Novio’s Bistro on the 17th of October between 4:30 and 6:30 PM.
