Virtual Tasting Registration

The first day of spring is March 20th and even if the season doesn’t change that quickly in Maine, we look ahead to Gin cocktails and time spent planning our outdoor gardens with nature’s charismatic pollinators in mind. Which makes Barr Hill Gin and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens the perfect partners for our March virtual tasting.

Sam Nelis, Beverage Director of Barr Hill be taking us on a virtual tour of the Vermont-based distillery while explaining the critical role that bees play in the process of making their gin.

Also joining will be Interpretation and Exhibits Educator Sarah Callan from Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Sarah will discuss how we can help the bee and pollinator population thrive in our own backyards.

Chef Dustin’s team will be pairing the cocktails and pours with a sweet featuring honey.
