Our virtual cooking class series continues with Chef Evan Mallett. Evan is a is a three-time James Beard semi-finalist for Best Chef, Northeast and an amazing person to spend a hour talking to.
We will be preparing a dish (Market Kefta with Moorish Meatballs) from his acclaimed book, Black Trumpet, and having a conversation about the restaurant industry, New England seasons & local farms.
Each participant will be able to make dinner for two and receive a copy of Evan’s cookbook for their home library.
